MIDI Action: Note Off
The Note Off action is a MIDI-based output. It transmits a MIDI Note Off message to the specified MIDI device when activated.
A MIDI Note Off message indicates that a particular note should be turned off, or released.
If a device, such as a MIDI keyboard, has a Hold Pedal pressed down while the Note Off message is received, the the note’s release is postponed until the Hold Pedal is released.
For a Note Off command, some devices will use the velocity to adjust VCA release time.
