OBS Trigger: Scene Collection Changed

The Scene Collection Changed trigger is used to detect when OBS Studio has changed scene collections.

If the Scene Collection field is left empty, the Scene Collection Changed trigger will be activated anytime OBS changes scene collections.

However, if you type in a scene collection name in the Scene Collection field, the Scene Collection Changed trigger will only activate when OBS has changed TO the specified scene collection.
