MIDI Action: Poly Aftertouch
The Poly Aftertouch action is a MIDI-based output. It transmits a MIDI Polyphonic Aftertouch message to the specified MIDI device when activated.
Polyphonic Aftertouch messages are transmitted after a note has been activated. It sends pressure data when pressing the note harder after it’s been activated, while it’s being held. Aftertouch is usually used for vibrato or modulation.
Polyphonic Aftertouch produces an individual signal or message for each note being played. As opposed to Channel Aftertouch which transmits the average pressure data of any keys that are held down, Channel Aftertouch is independent of which key or how many keys are held down.

The MIDI channel values in Aitum are 0-15. Most MIDI software and hardware define MIDI channel values as 1-16. This is true for the channel values of both Notes and Control Changes.
This means that setting a channel to 0 in Aitum is equal to 1 in most other devices and software’s. The Aitum team intends to change the values internally to be 1-16 in a future update. (Update timeline TBD)
