OBS Action: Toggle Streaming

The Toggle Streaming action allows you to toggle the streaming state of OBS Studio.

If OBS Studio is currently streaming the main canvas, this action will tell OBS to stop streaming.

If OBS is not streaming, this action will tell OBS to start streaming.
