Welcome to Nexus

Stop managing your stream. Start streaming.

Welcome to Nexus’s documentation, where you can find everything you need to know about using Nexus and learning the core concepts, such as triggers, checks, actions, queues, and more. If you’re new to Nexus, or you’re a seasoned veteran but just need to brush up on some concepts, we hope you’ll find the pages on this website useful.

What is Nexus?

Nexus is a software designed for streamers to allow fine-grain interactive control over their streams. If you’ve ever had a crazy idea where you’d like [x] to do [y] but you have no programming knowledge, Nexus is the perfect tool in your arsenal to achieve that. You can create a layer of interactivity with your viewers via Twitch channel points, allowing them to control your OBS scenes, or even using your own MIDI keyboard as a launchpad for performing various actions.

Why would I use Nexus?

Nexus was designed with streamers in mind, by streamers. We hope that the easy to navigate interface, followed by easy to understand concepts, mean that even the least technically-minded people can jump into Nexus and create something really cool for their stream. We’ve poured many man hours into this project to enhance the streaming space and make the experience using Nexus the best it can possibly be.

It takes under 30 seconds to create a basic command in Nexus, and we have a step-by-step guide on how to create your first command in our Getting Started guide.
