OBS Action: Toggle Replay Buffer

The Toggle Replay Buffer action allows you to toggle the Replay Buffer state of OBS Studio.

If the Replay Buffer in OBS Studio is currently running, this action will tell OBS to stop the Replay Buffer.

If the Replay Buffer in OBS Studio is NOT currently running, this action will tell OBS to start the Replay Buffer.
